Short description

GroceryGret is a shared family grocery list that shows which store near home costs less.

Long description

GroceryGret puts the whole family on one grocery list. Anyone can add what they need, kids included, and everyone sees items checked off live in the store.

When the list is ready, GroceryGret compares stores near home using real prices from receipts that local families share, plus each store's weekly sale prices. It shows which store is cheapest for that exact list.

A photo of the fridge or a recipe fills in the list, a receipt scan records what things really cost, and shoppers earn points for every receipt they share. GroceryGret is built in Charlotte, North Carolina, and is in beta testing on iPhone.
