Scan your fridge to build your grocery list

Instead of standing at the open fridge writing a list, take a few photos. GroceryGret compares them with what your family usually keeps and shows what's running low.

Scan your kitchen

  1. Open Scan fridge. On the List tab, tap the fridge button at the top left (Scan fridge).
  2. Take one photo of each space. Fridge, freezer and pantry each get their own photo, so the app knows which is which. You can take a new photo or choose one you already have.
  3. Tap Scan. In a few seconds you'll see what was found and what looks low.
  4. Check the results. Anything marked as a best guess can be tapped and fixed. Remove anything you don't need.
  5. Add to your list. What you need lands on your family's list, ready for the next trip.
Better photos, better results. Open the door all the way, turn on the light and step back so whole shelves are in the picture. Photos are sent to our AI provider only to identify groceries, and they aren't stored.

Fridge scanning is part of GroceryGret Plus. It's free for everyone during the beta.
